Holly has won Food Network’s “Cake Wars” as well as The Cooking Channel’s “Freakshow Cakes”. She has been published in several magazines including Cake Masters Magazine, Cake Central Magazine, and Southern Celebrations Magazine. Holly’s work has been featured on several online platforms and took home a Silver Medal for her sculpted showpiece in the Professional Division at the country’s largest cake expo.  Sweet Elizabeth also took home the award for Baton Rouge’s best wedding cake designer by Southern Celebrations Magazine in 2016. With the help of her husband and his Master’s Degree in Education, Holly has begun teaching her designs and techniques to others in the cake industry both online and in person.

We were married on April 23, 2016. Our cakes were both beautiful and delicious! They were the most delicious wedding cakes we or our guest had tried! We still are receiving multiple complements on our cakes! I also love the various flavor options that are available to chose from. Due to this, we had flavors for both of our cakes that we haven’t seen at any other wedding. One of the guest loved the cakes so much that they are looking into using you for their wedding also. The grooms cake was amazing and the colors were very vibrant! Both of the cakes were more than what we could have ever imagined!

She took time during the consultation to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. I was unsure of exactly what I wanted, but she showed me a few designs I had not seen to help me find the perfect cake for me. She also had no problem delivering to our venue, which was in Ponchatoula. I definitely recommend Sweet Elizabeth and will use her every chance I get! We could have been happier!

We LOVED our cakes. Sean can’t stop talking about how awesome the Freddy Krueger was. Both of the cakes were amazing and incredibly delicious. I ended up giving your name out to a lot of people because everyone was asking. The red velvet was particularly popular!
